After you have your health check, included in the price is your diet and supplement plan.

It is split into 2 periods: 14 day detox and then a 6 week rebuild.

The 14 day detox is a little stricter and is designed to push out the toxins from your body. The 6 week rebuild is designed to repair damage that may have been suffered to your liver, kidneys, intestines and immune system.

No alcohol and no gluten or milk are the basis of this diet but it will be tailored to your needs, your health imbalances and your allergies.

Supplements

The supplements have been carefully selected and most are imported from Italy. Some but not all, are not easily available so we request that you purchase them as a bundle through the website.

We get a wholesale discount and then import them into the UK. We do make money and this enables us to run this website. However, we do not charge higher than the cost of the retail price, which often excludes VAT, import duties and inflated postage costs (so the price might say £18 but this excludes extra costs that actually make the cost say £30).

The convenience for you is to have the relevant products, guaranteed quality, from one source and arriving within 3-5 working days.

Additional supplements

In you wanted to at any stage to take additional supplements, on top of the ones we ask you to take for the detox, then we recommend you use dōTERRA's products. Please note these are not to replace the detox programme.

We have listed the oils that are specific to most common imbalances.

• These can be purchased on a separate website but we please ask you to use the relevant link we have provided.
