My experience with SCIO dates back to about 7 years ago, and since then everything in my life has changed, the quality of my life has definitely improved! Mona I will never stop thanking you for how you have changed my life in physical, mental, emotional health... because since I started the therapies with you my recovery capacity considering the chronic situations of years has not only improved significantly, but some constant discomforts that I had every day are fortunately just a memory. This review comes after two and a half years of working closely with Mona. Mona was recommended to me by a friend who had extraordinary results for him and his family. Since I was 15 years old I suffered from hay fever and since I was 32 years old I had gluten and dairy intolerance, which would manifest as breathing difficulties in particular shortness of breath. I had my first diagnostic session with Varivoda using the SCIO machine in August 2023 and I was amazed at how accurate it was. It told me past, as well as current conditions. For example, I was very ill when I was 14 years old and had no idea what was wrong at the time but I was exhausted and bed ridden for six months. The diagnostic told me I had Epstein-Barr’s disease. The disease completely fitted my symptoms. It also told me the years when I had traumas for example when my parents split up when I was 15 years old.
I got all the supplements but didn’t start the diet until I felt ready in February 2024. The diet was a bit strict for the first 2 weeks but eased off a bit for the remaining six weeks. I discovered sweet potatoes. I switched these with normal potatoes and never looked back. Generally I felt great from the diet but it wasn’t until June when I noticed a difference in my allergies.
First of all I had been taking the remedy for hay fever 2 months prior to June and then during the month of June which is when I normally suffer, which is grass pollen season. It didn’t stop me sneezing or getting itchy eyes completely but provided 85% to 90% relief and I could for the first time in 42 years go for a walk around the fields where I live in June. Some days, when the pollen count was mid-low I didn’t sneeze at all. It was really amazing.
Then in July I went to an outdoor show but there was nothing to eat apart from pizza. Normally pizza is a no go unless the base is gluten free and there is no cheese on it. This one was sourdough but still had gluten and mountains of cheese. I ate the lot fully expecting to have my normal side effect which was trouble breathing. I woke in the morning and felt fine. I went for a curry during the week and had my first nan bread for 25 years, which tasted fantastic and again no breathing difficulties. I then went to Italy for 6 days on holiday, stuffed my face with pizza and pasta every day, not to mention eating a few cheeky tiramisus. Again no reaction at all. I still mainly have a gluten free, dairy free diet but its so nice to know when I go out I can indulge in the foods which used to make my breathing really difficult. Worth every penny and I wish I had found Varivoda sooner in my life.
