  • Stuart Weatherby

Stuart Weatherby, was in finance for various companies in the City as an economist, strategist and then as a management accountant before leaving his job to focus on this business: helping to give relief to imbalances using diet and supplements, which have no side effects. Stuart has forty years experience of being unable to get relief from various aliments such as hayfever, breathing difficulties, gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance, until 2023. This all changed when he met Mona who helped him and he was so impressed that he founded Varivoda to help others, also in search of natural remedies which are effective. Mona is based in Italy and Stuart wanted to introduce these practices to the UK.

Stuart likes to meditate and has been practising Sahaja Yoga meditation for the last 10 years.

“The more you practise this meditation, the greater your desire to live a life which is truer to the spirit, one that is more in tune with mother nature.”

Sahaja yoga classes are free and can be found in London including the classes Stuart helps to run in Covent Garden on Tuesdays at 7:30pm and Woolwich on Fridays at 6pm see www.sahajayogalondon.co.uk or if you are outside of London, then www.sahajayoga.org.uk or if you would like to meditate online for free you can download the Sahaja yoga meditation app at www.wemeditate.com.

“Mona told me that most allergies are caused by an imbalance in the liver and intestines. Sounds simple. Knowing what is wrong with you is one thing. Treating it is another. Treating imbalances effectively using natural products is something else.”

“It does require a bit of work, a good diet for 2 months and there are supplements involved which isn’t always cheap. Saying that, if someone had said it would take 2 months and £400 to cure me of my allergies, I would have bitten their hand off. I took a chance, as I had done with so many alternative remedies. It just so happened that this time it worked for me.”
