History of the SCIO machine
The basic science of SCIO was generated by Professor William Nelson in his book called The Promorpheus. This book was registered in the library of Congress in the USA back in 1982. The technology, EPFX or Electro Physiological Feedback Xrroid was developed in 1985 and registered in 1989.
